The marching band meet once per week for several hours. we
offer several unique and enriching musical opportunities, that provide
instruction in five critical elements of today’s marching band.
Color guard, Drumline (percussion), Drum Major, Woodwind and Brass.
Color
Guard
Curriculum will include classes in dance, movement and
beginning and advance flag technique.
Drumline
Provide individualized and group instruction in snare,
tenor, brass, cymbal, trios. Participants will be placed in group by ability
level.
Drum
Major
Provides instruction in teaching, organization, conducting
and motivating marching band. Participants will participate in a rigorous
curriculum designed for them to be able to aid their director with the day to
day operation of their marching band.
